REFUND, RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY – COCO HEAL

Definition

“Return” means the action of giving back a product purchased from the Coco Heal website by the customer.


Returns Eligibility

We strive to deliver products in perfect condition. However, a return request may be accepted in the following cases:

  • Product delivered does not match your order
  • Product is damaged, defective, or tampered during transit
  • Product received is expired or near expiry

⚠️ Important:
If the package appears damaged, do not accept the delivery.


Return Request Timeline

You must raise a return request within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery.

Requests raised after this period may not be accepted.


Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • Product must be unused
  • Product must be in original packaging
  • Invoice/receipt must be available
  • Product seal should not be broken

Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Used or opened products
  • Personal care / skincare items once opened
  • Products purchased during sale or discount
  • Items marked as “Non-returnable” on product page

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via email at support@cocoheal.com (update if needed)
  2. Provide:
    • Order ID
    • Reason for return
    • Product images (if damaged/defective)
  3. Our team will verify your request within 48–72 hours
  4. If approved, reverse pickup will be arranged (if applicable)

Refund Process

Once your returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refund will be approved/rejected based on condition
  • If approved, refund will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refund will be credited to:
    • Original payment method
    • Bank account (if applicable)

Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed

Coco Heal Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing errors
  • Suspicious or bulk orders
  • Incorrect customer details

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.


Important Notes

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Coco Heal reserves the right to reject any return request if found invalid
  • Refunds are subject to verification and approval
